Born and trained in Naples, Italy, Giovanni brings authentic Neapolitan pizza traditions to Canada. He worked at legendary pizzerias like Da Michele and Sorbillo before moving to Toronto in 2010. Giovanni has trained over 500 students and is a certified Master Pizzaiolo by the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana.
Isabella hails from Rome where she mastered the art of thin, crispy Roman-style pizza. She operated a successful pizzeria in Trastevere for 12 years before joining Salvatore Academy. Isabella specializes in gluten-free dough alternatives and modern pizza innovations while respecting traditional techniques.
Marco is a third-generation pizzaiolo from Sicily with expertise in wood-fired oven construction and operation. He has designed ovens for pizzerias across North America and holds the record for the fastest certification of AVPN standards. Marco's passion lies in the science of heat transfer and perfect crust development.
